LiL Dragons will begin learning proper falling and rolling techniques along with drills designed to enhance balance, co ordination, teamwork and self defense skills. Our first LiL Dragon graduates (circa 2000)are doing very well in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program (most of them are now Jr. Black Belts). The preparation process has been a great help in the transition between classes.
